Wilson is a village in Belmont and Monroe counties in the U.S. state of Ohio. It is part of the Wheeling, West Virginia Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 125 at the 2010 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.47 square miles (1.22 km2), of which 0.41 square miles (1.06 km2) is land and 0.06 square miles (0.16 km2) is water.
As of the census of 2010, there were 125 people, 56 households, and 37 families residing in the village. The population density was 304.9 inhabitants per square mile (117.7/km2). There were 68 housing units at an average density of 165.9 per square mile (64.1/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 96.0% White and 4.0% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.4% of the population.
There were 56 households of which 21.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 57.1% were married couples living together, 3.6% had a female householder with no husband present, 5.4% had a male householder with no wife present, and 33.9% were non-families. 32.1% of all households were made up of individuals and 19.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
