Whalley Range is an inner-city area of Blackburn in Lancashire. The area is a community with almost all residents being from India or Pakistan. Houses in the area are predominantly terraced and go up on a hill in a typical Pennine mill town style. Whalley Range attracts visitors from all over the UK.
