Warren Township is one of twenty-three townships in Jo Daviess County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2010 census, its population was 1,601 and it contained 770 housing units. Its name changed from Courtland Township in 1865.
According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 19.7 square miles (51 km2), all land.
The township contains these two cemeteries: Elmwood and Saint Annes Catholic.
