WPYO (Power 95.3) is a Mainstream Urban-leaning Rhythmic Contemporary station serving the Orlando area. The Cox Radio outlet broadcasts at 95.3 MHz with an ERP of 12 kW and is licensed to Maitland, Florida, and studios are in Orlando. Its transmitter is located in Ocoee, Florida. On clear days, the station can be heard as far as Viera, overtaking the weaker 95.1 (WFKS) frequency.

Prior to Cox Enterprises buying the station in 1999, the station was WTLN-FM, a contemporary Christian outlet. But after the sale that same year, on January 15, it flipped to Dance Top 40 as "95.3 Party", and became a success in the market with its mix of Dance and Hip-Hop product. By 2004, they would start phasing Dance product out for more Hip-Hop fare and relaunched itself as "Power 95.3", restoring the rhythmic contemporary in Orlando since the flip of WJHM (now WQMP) to urban contemporary in the 1990s (WJHM returned to Rhythmic in 2012, but changed to CHR in 2014). WPYO is also one of three Top 40 stations in the market competing for listeners in the 12-17 and 18-34 age demo range. WQMP and Mainstream Top 40 WXXL are the other two.

WPYO is known for having three commercial-free stretches of music each day. From 4:30-6:05pm each weekday, and 8:30-10:05 on Sunday nights, the commercial-free period is mixed live by a disc jockey. The weekday "Power Mix" is typically mixed by DJ Nasty, while the Sunday night "Power MixTape" is mixed by DJ InfaRed and DJ Slique.
