WFGY, known as "Froggy 98 FM", is a Froggy branded Country music formatted radio station in Pennsylvania serving the Altoona, Huntingdon, Bedford, and Lewistown areas, among other communities in central Pennsylvania. It has a signal that reaches as far west as Blairsville, Pennsylvania, as far south as Martinsburg, West Virginia, as far east as Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and as far north as St. Marys, Pennsylvania. The station is owned and operated by Forever Media, LLC.
WFGY is the flagship station of the Froggy Radio network of stations in the region, which also includes WFGI-FM (Froggy 95 on frequency 95.5) licensed to Johnstown, Pennsylvania, which covers Johnstown region, and WFGE (Big Froggy 101 on frequency 101.1) licensed to State College, Pennsylvania, which serves the State College region.
Froggyland (which includes their flagship station Froggy 104.3) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, which covers the Pittsburgh area, northern West Virginia, and eastern Ohio also uses the "Froggy" slogan and is extremely similar to the other FM Radio Stations, LLC stations, but is not part of the "Froggy Radio" network.
