Villa Vicentina is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Udine in the Italian region Friuli-Venezia Giulia, located about 35 kilometres (22 mi) northwest of Trieste and about 30 kilometres (19 mi) southeast of Udine.
Villa Vicentina borders the following municipalities: Aquileia, Cervignano del Friuli, Fiumicello, Ruda, Terzo d'Aquileia.
The Villa Ciardi, in the town's territory, was the summer residence of Elisa Bonaparte Baciocchi, sister of Napoleon Bonaparte.
