Ursula Hayden (born Ursa Bamby Hayden, March 8, 1966) is an American professional wrestler, actress and business women. She is best known for her character Babe the Farmer's Daughter and being the owner on the 1980s television show Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling (also known as GLOW) and her character Goldie Ray on Powerful Women of Wrestling (1987). She also guest starred in television shows such as Hard Time on Planet Earth (1989) and Married With Children (1990). In (2001) Hayden purchased the GLOW company, and has been the sole owner ever since. She is also a series consultant on the Netflix scripted television series GLOW. (2017).
Hayden grew up in Los Angeles, California where she did modeling jobs for various company's such as Sirkka T Fashion and Beno's Department Store and was also involved in gymnastics. When Hayden turned 17 years old she won first place in Southern California's Miss Perfect Teen Pageant.
Hayden joined GLOW Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling for two seasons in (1986) and portrayed the characters Babe the Farmer’s Daughter, The Princess of Darkness, and Donna Matrix. She then guest starred in television shows such as Hard Time on Planet Earth (1989), Married... With Children (1990) and Family Feud (1990).
Hayden purchased the GLOW Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling company in (2001) and started putting together and selling original GLOW episodes on the website https://gorgeousladiesofwrestling.com/. She then worked on her first live wrestling adventure which was a sold out (2003) event at the El Rey Theater in Los Angeles, California. After great reviews with the live event, she put together another wrestling show with original GLOW wrestlers in Las Vegas, Nevada. Then in (2012) Hayden worked on the award winning documentary GLOW: The Story of the Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling and since the documentary was such a hit, she partnered with Netflix on creating an all new GLOW show. She now serves as a series consultant on GLOW (TV series) (2017).
