Tully is a village in Onondaga County, New York, United States. The population was 873 at the 2010 census. The name of the village is derived from the Roman orator Marcus Tullius Cicero. The village of Tully is in the southeast part of the town of Tully and is south of Syracuse.

The village was in the former Central New York Military Tract. The community was first settled by outsiders around 1795.

The village was incorporated in 1875.

Tully is located at 42°47′51″N 76°6′23″W / 42.79750°N 76.10639°W / 42.79750; -76.10639 (42.797655, -76.106434).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.6 square miles (1.7 km²), of which all is land.

Tully is on U.S. Route 11 at the intersection of New York State Route 80.

As of the census of 2000, there were 924 people, 404 households, and 242 families residing in the village. The population density was 1,432.6 people per square mile (557.4/km²). There were 431 housing units at an average density of 668.3 per square mile (260.0/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 97.62% White, 0.11% Black or African American, 0.43% Native American, 0.11% Asian, 0.43% from other races, and 1.30% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.76% of the population.
