Tuckahoe is a hamlet and census-designated place (CDP) in the Town of Southampton, Suffolk County, New York, United States. The population was 1,373 at the 2010 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 4.6 square miles (11.9 km2), of which 4.1 square miles (10.7 km2) is land and 0.46 square miles (1.2 km2), or 9.97%, is water.
