The Totally Hot World Tour is the fourth concert tour (and first one to be worldwide) by English-born Australian pop singer Olivia Newton-John. It began in 1978 and lasted until December of that year, with shows in North America, Japan, Australia and Europe during that time, as she supported her album Totally Hot.
The tour helped to consolidate the pop image of Newton-John after her outburst as the protagonist of the movie Grease and its well-received album Totally Hot. To date is the last tour of Newton-John to visit Europe. John Farrar was involved in this tour as a producer but did not play with the band. Labi Siffre was her support act during the UK leg of the tour
