Biccari is a town and comune in the province of Foggia in the Apulia region of southeast Italy.
As Tortiboli (Latin Tortibulum), it was a bishopric, and is now a Latin Catholic titular see.
In 1015 a Diocese of Tortiboli (Tortibulum) was established.
In 1425 it was suppressed, its territory being reassigned to the Diocese of Lucera.
