Tirupati (rural) mandal is one of the 66 mandals in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh in India. It has its headquarters at Tirupati (rural) town. The mandal is bounded by Chandragiri mandal, Tirupati (urban) mandal, Renigunta mandal, Kammapalle mandal and Vadamalapeta mandal.
As of 2011[update]census, the mandal had a population of 117,445. The total population constitute, 59,449 males and 57,996 females —a sex ratio of 976 females per 1000 males. 12,608 children are in the age group of 0–6 years, of which 6,555 are boys and 6,053 are girls —a ratio of 923 per 1000. The average literacy rate stands at 75.74% with 79,399 literates. Perur is the most populated village and Patha Kalva is the least populated village in the mandal.
