The Promenade Shopping Centre is a large regional shopping centre located in the area of Thornhill, Ontario, Canada. The mall has over 150 tenants, and is anchored by Sears, T & T Supermarket, Imagine Cinemas, H&M and Old Navy. In February 2016, the mall's owner Cadillac Fairview announced that it had put the Promenade up for sale. As of April 20, 2017, Promenade Shopping Centre was purchased by Promenade General Partner Inc., a business formed by the Serruya family and Liberty Development Corporation. Centrecorp Management Services Limited, a leading property management and real estate services company has been retained to manage Promenade Shopping Centre.
