State Route 160 is a state highway in East Tennessee, that has both four-laned and two-laned sections.
It begins at US Route 11E with a concurrency with SR-342 in Morristown, heading southeastward and essentially bypassing Morristown. SR-342 exits after SR-160 curves more eastwardly, and heads south to end at Tennessee State Route 66. SR-160 also has a brief concurrency with SR-66 and serves as the southern terminus for Tennessee State Route 474 just south of Morristown. It travels near the Morristown Industrial Park and provides a shortcut for truckers traveling to Interstate 81 in Lowland. About 1.7 miles south of the I-81 junction, the highway continues south, as a secondary two-laned highway, into Cocke County through the Bybee Community and ending near Newport at US Route 321.
