Tay Eng Soon (Chinese: 鄭永順; pinyin: Zhèng Yǒngshùn; 20 January 1940 – 5 August 1993) was a Singaporean politician.
Tay was educated at the Anglo-Chinese School. A member of the People's Action Party, he was Senior Minister of State (Education) in the 1980s until his death in office.
One of the two libraries in the Singapore Institute of Management has been named after him, in recognition of Tay's contributions to the SIM's UK Open University Degree Programme.
The Tay Eng Soon Health Sciences Award and Tay Eng Soon Medal are most likely also named after him.
