Tal Granot-Goldstein (born April 1977) is the CEO of HOT Telecommunication Systems Ltd.

Granot-Goldstein grew up in Israel and was educated at the college of management, where she studied business administration.

From 2007-2012 she served as VP head of HR and O&M at 012 Smile. Her next role was CEO of EntryPoint Systems Ltd where she stayed until her appointment as deputy CEO of HOT Telecommunication Systems Ltd on May 2015. Two months later, on July 27 2015, she became CEO of the company.

She lives with her husband and two children in Petah Tikva.
