Assam has 78 subdivisions.
As of 2011 Census of India, Bihar has 101 subdivisions. Subdivisions are further divided into Community development block.
There are ten subdivisions of the union territory of Lakshadweep in the Laccadive Sea; nine established in 1983, the tenth in 2009.
