Staniszów [staˈniʂuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Podgórzyn, within Jelenia Góra County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 6 km (4 mi) south of Jelenia Góra, and 97 km (60 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.
The herbal bitter Echt Stonsdorfer, still produced in Germany, originated in this village.
The village has a population of 640. There used to be a Bismarck tower on the village's highest point, Prudelberg Hill, erected in 1901 when the area was still part of Germany. The monument was destroyed sometime before 1992; its base has been preserved.
