Saint Leon is a town in Kelso Township, Dearborn County, Indiana, United States. The population was 678 at the 2010 census.

A post office was established at Saint Leon in 1852, and remained in operation until it was discontinued in 1955. The town was likely named for St. Leon Bembo.

Saint Leon is located at 39°17′14″N 84°58′2″W / 39.28722°N 84.96722°W / 39.28722; -84.96722 (39.287360, -84.967108).

According to the 2010 census, St. Leon has a total area of 6.989 square miles (18.10 km2), of which 6.98 square miles (18.08 km2) (or 99.87%) is land and 0.009 square miles (0.02 km2) (or 0.13%) is water.
