Spring Hill is a town in Marion County, Indiana, United States. The population was 98 at the 2010 census. It has existed as an "included town" since 1970, when it was incorporated into Indianapolis as part of Unigov. It is part of Indianapolis, but retains town governmental powers under IC 36-3-1-11.
Spring Hill was incorporated as a town in 1927.

As of the census of 2010, there were 98 people, 55 households, and 31 families residing in the town. The population density was 890.9 inhabitants per square mile (344.0/km2). There were 60 housing units at an average density of 545.5 per square mile (210.6/km2). The racial makeup of the town was 78.6% White, 17.3% African American, 1.0% Native American, and 3.1% from two or more races.
There were 55 households of which 3.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 50.9% were married couples living together, 3.6% had a female householder with no husband present, 1.8% had a male householder with no wife present, and 43.6% were non-families. 34.5% of all households were made up of individuals and 23.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 1.78 and the average family size was 2.19.
