"Spare Me the Details" is a song by American punk rock band The Offspring. The song is the tenth track on the band's seventh studio album Splinter (2003) and was released as the third and final single, although it was released only in New Zealand and Australia. It was written by frontman Dexter Holland. No music video was produced for the song.

The song was included as the 15th track on the Australian version of the band's Greatest Hits (2005).
