The Somerville Court House is a Historic Building (on the National Register of Historic Places) in Somerville, Somerset County, New Jersey, United States, the county seat of Somerset County. Constructed in 1907 of white marble in the Neo-classical style, it has been the scene of a number of famous trials. In spite of its monumental proportions, it was once considered for demolition for not being large enough to accommodate the growing county. Saved by a number of concerned individuals, it is on the National Historic Register, although superseded by a much larger, modern masonry and glass structure behind it (left side of photo), now serving its judicial functions.

It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on September 7, 1989.
