Singhpuria Misl was founderd by Chaudhary Nawab Kapur Singh, a Virk Jat. This misl got its name form a village Faizullapur in Amritsar and then changed the name of the village to Singhpura, and the misl eventually followed suit and became Singhpuria. Followings are its heads:
