Signority is a cloud-basedelectronic signature provider in Ottawa, Canada. The company's Software-as-a-Service platform provides organizations with a streamlined process to manage contract workflow and execution. It offers a paperless online digital signature solution to access, verify, sign, and certify documents from anywhere in the world.
Signority has its headquarters in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It was incorporated with Canadian Federal Government and the Province of Ontario on November 19, 2010 by two Canadian entrepreneurs: Jane He and Qingbo Jin. At inception, the company name was EPEink (Electronic Pen/Paper Electronic Ink) and the product name was GreenSignatures. In January 2013, the company and the product were re-branded to Signority. The two founders believe that future businesses must operate by reinventing their precedence: businesses must be more efficient, sustainable, and greener. Further, the best technology must be accessible and affordable for all sizes of business. This vision inspired the two to found the company. The combined Signority key members' expertise of cloud-based, eHealth, network security, government application, and public safety has led to its core product philosophy of high level of security and ease of use.
Besides ease of use, Signority places great emphasis on its intellectual property investment. Two applications have been filed to United States Patent and Trademark Office:
Signority is completely web-based and supports multiple mainstream browsers including Firefox, Chrome and IE8+. There is no need for software installation and specialized hardware. It also offers 3rd party integration through API for enterprise customers.
