Scarborough GO Station is a train station in the GO Transit network located in Scarborough, a district of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is now only a stop on the Lakeshore East line although Stouffville line trains had stopped both here and at Danforth until the mid-1990s, but they now bypass both of those stations.

The station is located south of St. Clair Avenue, just west of Midland Avenue, at the end of Reeve Avenue. A footpath connects the community through Natal Park, from the southwest end of the parking lot. Elevator construction was completed in mid-February 2010 making the station fully accessible.

Scarborough Junction railway station had been located northeast of St. Clair Avenue on the west side of Midland Avenue, where the GO Transit Stouffville line now branches off to the north on what was previously the CN Uxbridge Subdivision. This has given the name of Scarborough Junction to the neighbourhood.

For many reasons the old location near the junction was not suitable for a new commuter station, including its proximity to the grade crossings of St. Clair Avenue and Midland Avenue. The station had to be clear of the junction on the south side of St. Clair Avenue where there was also space available for a parking lot. When it opened in 1967 access to the station was directly from the St. Clair Avenue sidewalk to the ends of the platforms.

The only Toronto Transit Commission bus routes that stop beside the station, on St. Clair Avenue at Linden Avenue, are 9 Bellamy and 102 Markham Rd but nearby routes 12 Kingston Rd, 16 McCowan, 20 Cliffside and 113 Danforth also qualify for a transfer to continue your trip with the TTC Times Two with GO Transit plan.
