Savinsky District (Russian: Са́винский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty-one in Ivanovo Oblast, Russia. It is located in the south of the oblast. The area of the district is 861 square kilometers (332 sq mi). Its administrative center is the urban locality (a settlement) of Savino. Population: 12,079 (2010 Census); 14,471 (2002 Census);17,654 (1989 Census). The population of Savino accounts for 45.6% of the district's total population.
