Thakur Shri Saty Narayan Ji (or SatyNarayan) meaning "True Image Of Narayan, Satya Roop Of Narayan", is a deity worshipped by Hindus, mainly in the Indian states of Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, (Uttar Prdesh), Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Bihar, Assam, Manipur and Tripura or his avatar Krishna by the Hindus. Saty Narayan Ji is worshipped as part of a triad on the “Ratnavedi" (jewelled platform).
The icon of Saty Narayan is a carved and decorated stone stump with beautiful eyes and with stumps as hands, Saty Narayan Ji hasfour Hands each hand Carries Shankh, Chakra, Gadda and one hand in blessing Position Respectively.
