Sarbsk ([sarpsk]) (German: Sarbsk, 1938-45: Sarsen) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Wicko, within Lębork County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) north of Wicko, 23 km (14 mi) north of Lębork, and 76 km (47 mi) north-west of the regional capital Gdańsk.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany. After World War II the region was placed under Polish administration by the Potsdam Agreement under territorial changes demanded by the Soviet Union. Most Germans fled or were expelled and were replaced with Poles expelled from the Polish areas annexed by the Soviet Union.
The village has a population of 212.
