San Perlita is a city in Willacy County, Texas, United States. The population was 573 at the 2010 census. It may be included as part of the Brownsville–Harlingen–Raymondville and the Matamoros–Brownsville metropolitan areas.

As of the census of 2000, there were 680 people, 169 households, and 148 families residing in the city. The population density was 1,339.0 people per square mile (514.8/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 76.91% White, 2.21% African American, 0.59% Native American, 17.79% from other races, and 2.50% from two or more races.
