Freguesia da Sé is a southeast freguesia of the Macau Peninsula. It is the second largest peninsular district in Macau after Freguesia de Nossa Senhora de Fátima. The freguesia area is named for Igreja da Sé.

Its western part is the historic financial centre of Macau. Praia Grande Central Business District (南灣中心商業區) is in south-central part of the district. All of the banks (over 20) in Macau have offices here.

Quality restaurants, 4-star and 5-star hotels are mostly located in this district. High-rise buildings are located on the eastern part, which was reclaimed from sea.

Within the parish is the Edifício CNAC (中航大廈; 中航大厦; Zhòngháng Dàshà; zung1 hong4 daai6 haa6, the head office of Air Macau. Previously the Air Macau head office was in the Edifício Tai Wah (大華大廈; 大华大厦; Dàhuá Dàshà; daai6 waa4 daai6 haa6) in Sé.

O Clarim has its head office in Edf. Ngan Fai (銀輝大廈) in Sé.

Macau Polytechnic Institute in Sé provides tertiary education. Prior to 1998 the school's central building was used as the Liceu de Macau, a public Portuguese-curriculum secondary school.

The sole public school currently in operation in Sé is the Conservatório de Macau () (澳門演藝學院) School of Dance, as it is categorized by the Macau government as a public secondary school programme. It is located on the 3rd and 4th floor of the Edifício Centro Hotline (獲多利中心). The conservatory's school of theatre is also in Sé, within the Edificio Jardim San On (新安花园).
