Round Lake Beach is a village in Lake County, Illinois, United States. The population was 28,175 at the 2010 census.
Round Lake Beach is a mid-sized town located at 42°22′44″N 88°4′52″W / 42.37889°N 88.08111°W (42.3790210, -88.0810720).
According to the 2010 census, Round Lake Beach has a total area of 5.214 square miles (13.50 km2), of which 5.06 square miles (13.11 km2) (or 97.05%) is land and 0.154 square miles (0.40 km2) (or 2.95%) is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 25,859 people, 7,349 households, and 6,026 families residing in the village. The population density was 5,176.4 people per square mile (1,996.8/km²).
