Rogers Radio is a subdivision of Rogers Communications, a division of Rogers Media, specializing in the radio broadcasting industry. Rogers Radio is Canada's third-largest radio broadcaster (after Bell Media Radio & Newcap Radio) and the largest based in Ontario.
As of January 2015, the company owns and operates 52 radio stations (44 FM and 8 AM) in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, Ontario andd Quebec.
1In addition to these two stations, Rogers may have some involvement in the operations of WLYK Cape Vincent, New York, U.S.A. (owned by Border International Broadcasting), which also targets the Kingston area. The previous owners of CIKR and CKXC had operated the station under a local marketing agreement prior to the sale of those two stations, and all three stations are still based at the same Kingston studios.
