Redfield College is an independent primary and secondary school for boys from Kindergarten to Year 12 located in Dural, New South Wales, Australia. The school was founded in 1986 and is run by the Parents for Education Foundation (PARED).

Each student is allotted a personal mentor, commonly known as a "tutor" within the school, who meets the student regularly (ideally fortnightly) to check on the student's advancement academically, socially, spiritually etc. The tutor may or may not be a qualified teacher and tends to keep "tutees" over a period of years, and meets with the parents of the student each term. This system is the same across all Parents for Education Schools.

Redfield College is an independent school, however, is run spiritually by the Catholic Prelature of Opus Dei, which provides priests for the College, who say daily Mass during school terms.Bishop Richard Umbers, Auxiliary Bishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Sydney and the first priest of Opus Dei to be appointed a bishop in Australia, is a former chaplain (2005-11) of the College.

Community Service is a growing area in the College curriculum. Over the years diverse and significant projects have been undertaken. Throughout their schooling lives, Redfield students complete many Community Service Projects, both locally and abroad. In Year 9, boys do a small project that they complete weekly over a year. These include visiting disabled students, nursing homes, and community gardening. At the end of Year 10, students attend a 5-day camp, known as "Work Camp", wherein they travel to Darlington Point (rural NSW) to work on farms and in the homes of elderly couples. In Years 10-12, many Redfield students attend the annual "Vietnam Workcamp", wherein they travel to K'Long Village, near Dalat, Vietnam, to built homes for impoverished families.

Redfield's principal sports include Basketball, Cricket, Rugby Union and Football. Redfield's sporting division is affiliated with the IPSHA (Independent Primary School Heads of Australia), ISA (Independent Sporting Association), and CIS (Combined Independent Schools). Redfield's senior Rugby team (the 1st VX) has won the ISA second division championship six times since joining the ISA in 2006, more than any other school in the Independent Schools Association.
