The Prime Minister's Office (also referred to as PMO) is the official residence and principle workplace of the Prime Minister of Pakistan, located at 44000 Constitution Avenue, Islamabad, Pakistan. Since 1973, it has been the official residence of every Prime Minister. The PMO is the headed by the Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister of Pakistan, currently Fawad Hasan Fawad.
Initially, the PMO was referred to as the Prime Minister's Secretariat until it was renamed by former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in 2013.
The secretariat was designed by the Capital Development Authority (CDA).
