Port Washington is a village in Tuscarawas County, Ohio, United States. The population was 569 at the 2010 census.

Port Washington was originally called Salisbury, and under the latter name was laid out in 1827. A post office called Port Washington has been in operation since 1832.

Port Washington is located at 40°19′39″N 81°31′12″W / 40.32750°N 81.52000°W / 40.32750; -81.52000 (40.327467, -81.520096), along the Tuscarawas River.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.51 square miles (1.32 km2), all land.

As of the census of 2010, there were 569 people, 209 households, and 164 families residing in the village. The population density was 1,115.7 inhabitants per square mile (430.8/km2). There were 232 housing units at an average density of 454.9 per square mile (175.6/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 97.7% White, 0.2% Asian, 1.8% from other races, and 0.4% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.8% of the population.

There were 209 households of which 38.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 60.8% were married couples living together, 12.9% had a female householder with no husband present, 4.8% had a male householder with no wife present, and 21.5% were non-families. 16.7% of all households were made up of individuals and 7.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.72 and the average family size was 2.99.
