Polavaram Assembly constituency is a ST reserved constituency of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly, India. It is one of 14 constituencies in the West Godavari district. Modiyam Srinivasa Rao was elected as MLA on 16-05-2014
It is part of the Eluru Lok Sabha constituency along with another six Vidhan Sabha segments, namely, Unguturu, Denduluru, Eluru and Chintalapudi in West Godavari district. Nuzvid, and Kaikalur in Krishna district.
