Pierre Chan (Chinese: 陳沛然; Sidney Lau: Chan4 Pooi3 Yin4, born 1976) is a Hong Kong doctor and politician. He was elected in the 2016 Hong Kong Legislative Council election through the Medical functional constituency.
Chan was born in Hong Kong in 1976 and studied medicine at the University of Hong Kong. After his graduation in 2000, he began to work at the Queen Mary Hospital from 2001 to 2010 and worked at the Ruttonjee Hospital as an associate consultant of gastroenterology and hepatology.
He was president of the doctors' union, the Hong Kong Public Doctors' Association, from 2014 to 2016. He was appointed by the government to several public boards, including the Steering Committee on Review of the Hospital Authority from 2014 to 2015. He became a member of the Medical Council of Hong Kong from 2016.
He was elected in the 2016 Hong Kong Legislative Council election through the Medical functional constituency.
