Petropavlovsky District (Russian: Петропа́вловский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the thirty-two in Voronezh Oblast, Russia. It is located in the southeast of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,644 square kilometers (635 sq mi). Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Petropavlovka. Population: 20,042 (2010 Census);23,414 (2002 Census);25,128 (1989 Census). The population of Petropavlovka accounts for 26.2% of the district's total population.
