The Perodua Alza is a B-segment MPV produced by Malaysian automobile manufacturer Perodua. It was launched on 23 November 2009 as the company's first purpose-built MPV.

The Perodua Alza is based on the Daihatsu Boon Luminas platform, and is powered by the 1.5-litre 3SZ-VE DVVT engine.

The name Alza is derived from the Spanish verb alzar, which means to rise. The name came from an internal competition held amongst Perodua's staff during the car's development phase.

Perodua launched the Alza in two variants, 1.5 Standard and Premium, both available with manual and automatic transmission. The range-topping Advanced model later joined the range in 2010. The following year, Perodua launched the limited edition M2 version, with Advanced version equipment and a special colour called "Midnight Blue".

The Perodua Alza launched in the same year as the Proton Exora, a larger C-segment MPV. The Alza became the best-selling MPV in Malaysia for 2010 by total sales of nearly 42,000 units, beating the Proton Exora by a margin of 15,000 units. The average number of Alza sales per month is around 2,800 units.

In February 2012, Perodua launched a base model called SR, priced lower than the Standard. UV protection is only available on the front and main windscreen and there is no rear wiper and no rear spoiler. In terms of safety, there are no fog lamps, airbags, ABS, EBD, or BA.

In January 2014, Perodua launched the facelifted Alza in three variants; the Standard, Special Edition and Advance Edition. The Alza received several cosmetic changes, including a revised front grille, front bumper, rear bumper and new alloy wheels, while the Advanced variant received a multimedia system with navigation and reverse camera. The engine and transmission pairing remained unchanged.

The Perodua Alza was produced in five different trim levels, in both manual and automatic transmission configurations;

The Perodua Alza achieved a 4-star ASEAN NCAP rating. All variants are fitted with twin front airbags, while the mid-range SE and range-topping Advance models add on anti-lock braking system (ABS) with electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD) and brake assist (BA).
