Percy is a village in Randolph County, Illinois, United States. The population was 970 at the 2010 census.

According to the 2010 census, Percy has a total area of 0.933 square miles (2.42 km2), of which 0.93 square miles (2.41 km2) (or 99.68%) is land and 0.003 square miles (0.01 km2) (or 0.32%) is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 942 people, 387 households, and 250 families residing in the village. The population density was 1,070.6 people per square mile (413.3/km²). There were 431 housing units at an average density of 489.8 per square mile (189.1/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 98.94% White, 0.21% African American, 0.21% Native American, 0.32% from other races, and 0.32% from two or more races.
