The Party on the Dancefloor Tour is the upcoming eighth concert tour by British group Steps. It was announced by the group on 6 March 2017, and it will be launched on 12 November 2017, in Belfast, Northern Ireland, in support of their upcoming fifth studio album, Tears on the Dancefloor (2017), and to celebrate twenty years since their formation. It will continue with a further 21 shows across the United Kingdom and one concert in the Republic of Ireland, before concluding on 10 December 2017, in Cardiff, Wales.
To promote their fifth studio album, Tears on the Dancefloor (2017) and celebrate 20 years since they formed, on 6 March 2017. Steps announced their eighth headlining concert tour, titled the Party on the Dancefloor Tour, will take place in November and December 2017. It will be their first concert tour since the Christmas with Steps tour in December 2012. Spanning twenty-two shows visiting various conference halls, exhibition centres and arenas in Ireland and the United Kingdom, the tour will begin at the SSE Arena in Belfast on 12 November and conclude at the The SSE Hydro in Glasgow on 7 December; it also includes two dates in London at the The O2 Arena and Wembley Arena. Pre-sale tickets went on sale on 7 March, with general sale tickets going on sale three days later on 10 March, and were made available to purchase through AXS and Ticketmaster. On 13 March, Steps announced five additional dates for Belfast, Manchester, Newcastle, Liverpool and Glasgow due to high demand, with the tickets going on pre-sale on 14 March and general sale on 16 March.
