Ostaszewo [ɔstaˈʂɛvɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Sońsk, within Ciechanów County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland, about 100 kilometres (62 mi) north of Warsaw. The village has a population of 77. It is composed of five parts: Ostaszewo Wielkie, Ostaszewo Panki, Ostaszewo Wloski, Ostaszewo Wola Rancza and Ostaszewo Czernie.
In feudal Poland lands surrounding Ostaszewo belonged to the Ostoja-Ostaszewski family whose main branch resided in Ostaszewo Wielkie (in Medieval Latin: Ostaszewo Magna).
