Oakwood is a town in Dewey County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 65 at the 2010 census.
Oakwood is located in eastern Dewey County at 35°55′53″N 98°42′21″W / 35.93139°N 98.70583°W (35.931363, -98.705884). It is just southwest of U.S. Routes 270 and 281, which lead 20 miles (32 km) northwest to Seiling and southeast 19 miles (31 km) to Watonga.
