Oaktown is a town in Busseron Township, Knox County, Indiana, United States. The population was 608 at the 2010 census.
Oaktown was laid out in 1867.

As of the census of 2010, there were 608 people, 256 households, and 154 families residing in the town. The population density was 2,251.9 inhabitants per square mile (869.5/km2). There were 292 housing units at an average density of 1,081.5 per square mile (417.6/km2). The racial makeup of the town was 98.0% White, 0.7% African American, 0.5% Asian, and 0.8% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.3% of the population.
