Novokhopyorsky District (Russian: Новохопёрский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the thirty-two in Voronezh Oblast, Russia. It is located in the east of the oblast. The area of the district is 2,334 square kilometers (901 sq mi). Its administrative center is the town of Novokhopyorsk. Population: 41,128 (2010 Census);45,074 (2002 Census);50,684 (1989 Census). The population of Novokhopyorsk accounts for 16.7% of the district's total population.
