North Middletown is a 5th-class city in Bourbon County, Kentucky, in the United States. The population was 643 as of the 2010 census. North Middletown is part of the Lexington-Fayette Metropolitan Statistical Area.
North Middletown is located at 38°8′40″N 84°6′29″W / 38.14444°N 84.10806°W (38.144514, -84.108148) in southeastern Bourbon County. U.S. Route 460 (Main Street) passes through the center of town, leading northwest 10 miles (16 km) to Paris, the county seat, and 12 miles (19 km) southeast to Mount Sterling.
