Nordfold is a village and former municipality in Nordland county, Norway. The administrative centre was the village Nordfold. The municipality encompassed the southern part of the present-day municipality of Steigen and the northern part of the present-day municipality of Sørfold.
The village of Nordfold lies along the Nordfolda fjord, about 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) east of the municipal centre of Leinesfjorden. It is the location of the Nordfold Church.
The municipality of Nordfold was established on 1 January 1906 when the old municipality of Nordfold-Kjerringøy was split into two new municipalities: Nordfold and Kjerringøy. Initially, Nordfold had a population of 1,485. On 1 January 1964, Nordfold municipality ceased to exist. Most of Nordfold was incorporated into its neighboring municipality Steigen. The remainder of Nordfold (the eastern Mørsvikbotn district surrounding the Mørsvikfjorden) was transferred to neighboring Sørfold municipality. Prior to the merger, Nordfold had a population of 1,212.
