Nolinsky District (Russian: Нолинский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the thirty-nine in Kirov Oblast, Russia. It is located in the south of the oblast. The area of the district is 2,140 square kilometers (830 sq mi). Its administrative center is the town of Nolinsk. Population: 20,868 (2010 Census); 25,170 (2002 Census);28,780 (1989 Census). The population of Nolinsk accounts for 45.8% of the district's total population.
