Noginsky District (Russian: Ноги́нский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the thirty-six in Moscow Oblast, Russia. It is located in the east of the oblast. The area of the district is 893.90 square kilometers (345.14 sq mi). Its administrative center is the town of Noginsk. Population: 203,609 (2010 Census);232,674 (2002 Census);120,847 (1989 Census). The population of Noginsk accounts for 49.1% of the district's total population.
