Nick Jr. is a cable television channel in Latin America owned by Viacom subsidiary MTV Networks Latin America and aimed.

Currently, the Nick Jr. channel features the same programming as the Nick Jr. block on Nickelodeon, as well as some shows previously seen on the block and Team Umizoomi.

Nick Jr. Latin America was originally a block on Nickelodeon Latin America, lasting from 2001 to 2007. Like the American version, Nick Jr's mascot was Cara instead of Face (Cara is Portuguese/Spanish word for Face).

In 2008, Nickelodeon declared a 24/7 channel for preschoolers in Spanish. It was called Nick Jr.
